​Mirna – Mirna is our receptionist extraordinaire! She will help verify your insurance benefits, schedule appointments, and discuss our financing options.  She is a die-hard Bears, Cubs, and Chicago sports fan who loves going to games. She is also fluent in Spanish and English and is eager to please!

​Chante – Chante has extensive experience in the orthodontic industry which means she is a “Jack of All Trades” and can help out in the clinic, the lab, and even at the front desk. Chante has been working with Dr. Katsis since she was in high school! It’s a family business for Chante as she started out working alongside her mother! She has four children and has a natural ability with decorating, art, and interior design.

Marilyn – Marilyn has been with the practice for over 15 years and is an excellent clinical assistant.  She is a whiz at all things chairside and has boundless energy!  Her organizational skills, work-ethic, and efficiency keep the practice running smoothly!  She and her husband like to travel all over and spend time in the Philippines.  She is fluent in Tagalog and makes delicious Filipino food!  She is very proud of her son Kyle who is an attorney practicing in Chicago.

Heather – Heather is an outstanding chair side assistant who loves her job!  She loves to get to know the patients and learn about their favorite hobbies and activities. Heather’s ambition and organizational skills are unparalleled. She enjoys spending time with her son, daughter, and all their pets!

Maggie – Maggie is a quick-study and is another “Jack of All Trades” in our office. In addition to being a great chair side assistant she can help out at the front desk, the lab, and is a whiz with computers. She was instrumental in designing our original website (www.johnkatsisdds.com) and she is self-taught in setting-up and repairing computer networks.

Ciarra – Ciarra or CeCe is one of our newest additions to the team. CeCe has worked her way up from sterilization tech to clinical chair side assistant. She enjoys getting to know the patients and her smile is infectious! Ce e just finished her Invisalign treatment and her dedication to wearing her aligners is apparent! CeCe is also a college student studying sign language and communications.  ​

Marisol – Marisol is a Junior at South Elgin High School and also a former patient. She plans on pursuing a career in the health sciences and is a valuable addition to the team. She is quick to learn and is constantly expanding her skills. She is a talented musician and plays with the South Elgin Storm Marching Band. ​

Beverly – Beverly is our insurance coordinator and administrative assistant.  Beverly was the full-time receptionist for Dr. Katsis previously but now works part-time on Wednesdays so she can spend more time with her grandchildren. Her knowledge of dental insurance and problem-solving skills are invaluable to our patients as she works to get our patients the most out of their insurance making orthodontic treatment affordable and accessible.  ​
